if not for capital we in the usa would be a 3rd world country. monopolies dont ever work w/o governments help . the people and the gov are the problems not the corps.true free markets would never allow monopolies to strive ,as long as the robbers and murderers (governments) stayed in their parameters ,the constitution, the law. dont blame the victims blame the responsible parties.Who do 99% of these corporation target with their goods? ALL OF US BENEFIT ,thats who.more goods the cheaper for U

@Idtelos A so called unsoverign world government. That might work. When people rebel against a totalitarian regime, it is usually against a sovereign nations government.

@wbaltzley "Corporate "persons" have no morals, no ethics, and no conscience. Their only limitation is the LAW. Unfortunately the Supreme Court has decreed that corporations have the same Constitutional Rights as flesh and blood citizens. They then use these "rights" to make political donations and lobby Congress. They are even WRITING legislation and handing it to Congress for a rubber stamp!"True, and they are IMMORTAL. IMMORTALITY + GREED = BAD.

That's funny. Why are they saying that the driving force of capitalism is profit and yet, capitalism is not that motive? Capitalism is the motive of a free-market. You can do anything you want besides force and fraud on businesses and individuals. Their talking about corporatism, with profit being the motive.

Capitalism is all about sink or swim on business merit. If you fail you sink; unless of course you are suddenly designated as being too big to fail in which case the government uses tax payers money to ensure that failure is not an option. It is a rigged game. If I bet on a horse and I lose, I lose. I don't pop down the social and say, 'Sorry bad call, I won't bet on that one again.' Thieves and sharks backed by and part of the government... Fascism!

Yes, and this "person" has to follow the spirit of Thomas Paine's - "Rights of Man" with exception of voting ofcourse. The Coproration could not trample on the rights of the workers/citizens or spoil the enivronment on the sake of profits. I totally accept its existence but also I want limits on the power of the corporations.

It's not longer about money, since they have most of it, Just look at the world economies, government and individuals are in the dumps (so to speak), yet giant baking cartels, investment firms are bailout, see record profits, etc. They want financial reform, world wide (what some call the NWO). This creates a unified world currency and finance governance under the control of the elites (those who run these corporations). As such, once this is achieved, they can control the masses.

@MysticKevin10 How so? If you look at the richest countries in the world, they have contributed 95% to today;s science and technology. They are hardworking and intelligent people. They themselves have made their lives happier and safer. Others mite have failed to do so.

@MysticKevin10 Hey everyone is making a first world living in USA and EU. I object to your conclusion of no one being happy. Not all of us are equal with regards to intelligent, hard working ability. We are not machines, we are different from each other. So I dont think all of us shud have equal wealth. After all survival of the fittest is the nature's rule.
