@Jguthro Wow, way to reply way down the track. First, you should have realised that "gift" was used as a euphemism. Don't be so literally-minded. Second: technically speaking, a 'gift' must be something that's GIVEN, but no one GAVE this condition to them. They just have it, simply because they were conceived at all. Thirdly, she's an individual first of all because she exists, and second of all, she IS 'more' of an individual BECAUSE of her condition, as it marks her out as particularly unique.

Medical world is stupid, plain and simple, they always make mistakes. What's the benefit of curing when you can just give people "preventive" medicine instead? Like why diagnose it right when you can keep guessing?
