Alot of these so called characters can just be pictures and not playable characters, and besides most DBZ characters ever created are complete shit because they're unbalanced or too cheap or glitch out far too much.

so many rare chars such as ssj3 goku etc, they r very huge i only have like 25 chars and its 175 mb size in chars folder and a total of 200-250 mb game!

A game that can be edited by its user. U may get different versions of mugen. Mortal kombat mugen, dragonball z mugen, or winmugen. With each version comes there own characters, and with winmugen comes Kung Fu Man. U may add characters from games like Street fighter, and Samuria Shodown.
